ARC participated in the conference “Advancements in AI and Impacts on Science and Education” co-organized by the Hellenic Artificial Intelligence Society and the Hellenic Cognitive Science Society. The aim of the conference was to explore the ever-evolving role of Artificial Intelligence in education and research.

During the thematic session on AI applications in education, we presented the aims and objectives of the AI4EDU project, the project results so far and demonstrated live the Teacher Mate and Study Buddy conversational AI-powered tools that leverage Generative AI to support educators, enhance learning, and provide personalized student assistance.

During the conference we had the opportunity to engage in insightful discussions with researchers, educators, and policymakers about the potential, challenges, and future applications of AI in education.
