On Saturday, December 6, the University of Cyprus (ReSciTEG) and the Cyprus Pedagogical Institute co-organised a national event to present the project results with emphasis on policy recommendations inspired from the AI4EDU project. Educators, researchers, students, and policy stakeholders came together to explore:
– How GenAI works and what it really means for teaching and learning
– What AI4EDU pilot data reveal about the educational value of our tools, Teacher Mate & Study Buddy
– How project findings informed our implementation guidelines and policy recommendations, as well as the new Cyprus Ministry of Education policy framework on ethical and responsible AI in education
