Day 1 – Tuesday, 28 January 2025
The meeting opened with a welcome from Sofoklis Sotiriou (EA), followed by a project overview (WP1) presented by ARC, covering the project timeline, completed deliverables, milestones, and financial monitoring.
ARC then presented updates on WP5 – Final versions of Study Buddy and Teacher Mate, highlighting key improvements and new features, as well as the “Learning about AI” course material. Partners provided feedback on usability and integration aspects.
A training workshop was organised by EA with local teachers to familiarise them with the Study Buddy and Teacher Mate tools ahead of the second pilot cycle (WP6).
UCY led the session on WP6 – Evaluation of educational impact, presenting the overall evaluation framework, methodology, and instruments. DEC shared initial results from the pilot in Ireland, while other partners (LTU, EA) presented their implementation plans.
The afternoon discussions focused on organisational arrangements, country-specific timelines, and procedures for data collection and reporting during pilot implementation.
The day concluded with a consortium dinner.
Day 2 – Wednesday, 29 January 2025
The second day began with a brief recap, followed by a presentation from DEC on WP7 – Implementation guidelines and policy recommendations, outlining the current status of work and the process for developing the final deliverable (D7.1). Partners discussed their planned contributions and how evidence from pilots would inform cross-cutting and country-specific guidelines.
EA then presented progress on WP8 – Impact and dissemination, providing an overview of outreach activities, event participation, website traffic, and social media performance. Future dissemination opportunities were discussed, including participation in international conferences and journal publications.
The meeting concluded with ARC’s summary of project activities, key next steps, and agreed action points leading up to the project’s final phase.
